This is the annual short-term program for exchange between youth.
Field/Theme for countries of Central Asia and Caucasus: «AI Startup»
Application period: July 31 – August 31, 2026
Japan Visit Term: December 2-8, 2026
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Tajikistan
- Age: Over 20 at the time of departure from Tajikistan to Japan
- Target group: Young Engineers, Entreperners, Graduate and Undergraduate students who study engineering or information technology field
- Proficiency in English sufficient for discussion on relevant topics with other participants
- Good academic background
- Good health condition
- Previous Experience: Must not have participated in a Japan visit program funded by the Japanese Government in the past and must not have lived in Japan for more than 6 months in the past.
Required Documents:
1. Valid passport copy
2. Letter of Understanding for Visiting Japan Program
3. “Handling of Personal Information and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Privacy Policy”
4. “Academic Transcript” or “Certificate of Enrolment”
5. Photo
